What means " support multiple drive Failure "?

As always it depends. If multiple drives fail at the same time, it could be a problem. If they are members of the same RSS group, you will have a problem. On he other hand, if a drive fails and the rebuilt has finished, the array is again fully redundant. If the next disk fails and the rebuilt has finished, the array is again fully dedundant ... until you run out of space.

Yes .....am talking about "support multiple drive failure " please thus it means that if they are all members of the same RSS Group... thus could halt or bring all the two controller down?

To handle multiple drive failures in the same RAID set, you would need RAID 6. Or RAID 1 with 3 copies.
