command view not seeing EVA 4100

had a working cv 7.0 on server 2k3 and eva xcs 6.110. needed to upgrade pc running CV to 2012r2. upgraded the HSV200 to 6.220 using HSV200_6220.sss and installed cv 10.2. When I start CV 10 it will not see the EVA 4100. The old w2k3 server can no loger see it either.

I have rebooted the hsv controllers to no avail.

checked the fiber switches and all look to be correctly configured.

not sure what to look at next.

XCS 6250 and CV 10-3-6 would be the better combination. Did you look into "unmanaged systems" in CV? Your EVA should be there.

Since I have a non-hp support contract I am not sure where to find the XCS 6.250 downloads. The split up of HP's support sites august 1st, makes it harder to find updates as well since the majority of the links in the forums from old posts no longer work.

BTW: I did find the EVA under unmanaged and was able to add it successfully, thanks for the help.
