EVA 8100 Multiple Battery replacement But Showing failed Again and again

We have replaced Multiple Battery in the Storage controller A but Still, the issue is not resolved.

recently we have replaced two batteries but both are showing status:-charging not installed.

Steps we already Followed:-

1. Restart the controller.

2. Restart the management server.

3.check the controller backplane it looks good no sign of rust or corrosion.

4. Rebooting the controller one by One.

Going to take action:-

1.Power cycle the storage.

2. if the issue same replace the controller A.

looking for more Suggestions and exerts view on this to get it to resolve.

Hello rmv978, thanks for responding at 2nd oct we did the below activity.

1. Replace the new battery issue the same.

2. Power cycle the management Server the same issue.

3. Power down the Controller A and replace controller A with new spare still same.

4. Power cycle the storage but the issue is still the same what we have found is the Slot of old controller A is Rusted.

maybe this is one of the cause of the failed batteries.

we request a new battery now will update once the activity performed.
