EVA4400 Boot Error

I am trying to reuse a previous EVA4400 for some noncritical data. Both the System and the Controllers (1 &2) show as unknown.

When I pull up the Message logs I see the below errors:

It appears there is a memory failure in the controller. It could be with one of the DIMMs (but also there is a possibility of a slot issue). If the array is under support, you can reach the support to look in to that. If not, you may opt pay for material/human efforts to fix the issue for you.
