I have no problems at all!
The hardware is a JBOD:

ctl 19 0/4/0/0.1.26.255.10.14.0 sctl CLAIMED DEVICE HP A5236A

and it works well.
I have not the really last version of tachyon driver and support tools but they are pretty recent. In addition, other hosts in the SAN don't give me the same messages.

Do I need to open a support call?
Check your versions of the Tachyon driver, STM and EMS. If any of these are out of sync, you will get messages that are not relevant.

http://www.software.hp.com/cgi-bin/swdepot_parser.cgi/cgi/displayProductInfo.pl?productNumber=B6191AAE

http://www.software.hp.com/cgi-bin/swdepot_parser.cgi/cgi/displayProductInfo.pl?productNumber=A5158A

Best Wishes,
Cheryl

Do you have a problem?!!

It seems that the device:
0/4/0/0.1.26.255.10.14.0
is not recognised/monitored by EMS.

do an ioscan:

ioscan -fnkH 0/4/0/0 | more

to find out what hardware it is.

Perhaps as mentioned you just need an EMS upgrade.

Later,
Bill
