    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have HP Netserver LH Pro. I'm going to put a second CPU chip. Do I need to put another Voltage Regulator Module as well? There is an open slot for it right next to the second CPU slot.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you so much for the inputs.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Yes you do.  The VRM is what powers the CPU.</description>
