    <description>Thanks Marco..&lt;BR /&gt;I have 2 servers.. I'll check the scsi cards and get back..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Another question.. What does single ended scsi mean.. I take that the 6000 se uses a single end configuation. I assume, that means 5 individual drives.. each with it's on drive letter..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks again..&lt;BR /&gt;Terry</description>

      <description>Donald,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;That depends on the type of SCSI-controller you're using to connect it to the netserver.&lt;BR /&gt;An appropriate SE-SCSI controller should work.&lt;BR /&gt;I Think that the on-board adaptec 7880 might work.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But remember that it's not tested or supported!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Good luck!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Marco.</description>

      <description>Single-ended (SE-SCSI) uses one wire driven against ground and the signal is the voltage difference between that wire and ground. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In contrast, the LVD/HVD SCSI interface drives two wires. The signal is the voltage difference between the two wires. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Single ended does not necessarily mean the drives are independent of one another, as there are SE RAID controllers out there too. Again, as Marco said, "That depends on the type of SCSI-controller you're using."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Chris</description>
