    <description>Thanks for the reply, and that is what I was afraid of.  Will the E60 board fit into the E45 chassis?  I have several clients with these E45's, which I have turned into termservers.  But the floppy drive thing is definitely the problem.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you seen any other problems with w2k on the E45's?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Paul</description>

      <title>W2K on E45 Netserver</title>

      <description>Anyone have a method to install W2k on an E45?  It installs okay and runs fine EXCEPT that the floppy controller and floppy drive are not installed.  I have seen this on three separate E45's, all with latest bios and W2K SP2.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Paul</description>

      <description>As you have discovered, the Netserver E45 is not compatible with Windows 2000 (any version). This is why HP is not able to support it.&lt;BR /&gt;The problem with the floppy drive is the most commonly reported issue when W2K is actually installed. Here at Hewlett-Packard we have not seen any work-around to this...</description>
