Michelle,

You could be at risk with your data but most likely you'll be able to get back to it. NVRam and Disk mismatch are commonly caused by power interruptions.

Go to Ctrl-M->Configure->View/Add/Delete and view both the disk config and NVram config without saving them. Compare the two and then save the appropriate one.. If one view shows all hdds' failed and the other view shows all online then save the all online and then reboot--> that will most likely have been a power related issue.. If on the other hand you find one with all online and the other one with a mix of online and failed choose the one with failed hdds and attempt a rebuild..

Ciao,
Greg

The data will still be there. Your system is telling you that the config on the netraid controller does not match the config on the HDD. Go in to ctrl-m and goto configure>view/add/delete configuration. It should give you two options, View NVram and view disc. View them both one at a time, make sure not to save until you have decided which configuration is correct. Save the correct configuration and the system should be fine.

All i see when I go to view/add/delete configuration was the layout of the drives.
Did I miss a step? I am afraid I don't see option for viewing the NVRAM.

Anything to add to this?

There is probably a failed drive in the system. When you go in to ctrl-m this time, goto objects>physical drives. Highlight the first drive and hit enter. Arrow down on the menu to properties. Check to see if the drives have capacity. If you see one that doesn't try and reseat the drive and try again in a minute or so. If it still is 0, you have a failed drive. Also, if you try to pull up the info and it won't let you, try the same. This will also point to a failed HDD.
