Boot off the BIOS update first, follow the prompts. When that is complete boot off the ECU diskette and configure the system. The ECU is the same as going in to F2 on newer systems. I would recommend restoring the defaults and working from there. The same files, boot.ini ect are on the C drive. The C drive is the primary active partition.
