From the menu that pops up, you should get the option to add to team -> create new team. I have dual HP NIC's and did have adapter teaming up and running. I no longer see the adapter teaming option in the HP Set in Control Panel. The NIC drivers upgraded OK during the win2000 upgrade. I installed the HP ProSet II software but still can't find how to set it up again. Thanks! When I rt clicked on one of the adapters, nothing happened. So, even though the Win2000 upgraded the NIC drivers successfully, I went ahead and did the UPDATE DRIVER and installed the latest driver from hp.com Then, when I ran the PROSET II, I was able to create a team. As you probably know, the server fails for a few seconds, oops, my bad! I went to NETWORK PROPERTIES, saw a third Network connector. I reconfigured the IP, Gateway, DNS, etc, and all is well. Thanks!
