topic ECU for netserver in Netservers

Hi,

I have tried to configure my 6/200 netserver with the ECU with no success. It installs the partition and the setup information but does not initialize the raid array.

I am looking for a copy of the Navigator CDROM if anyone has one they can spare.

ECU does not configure raid adapter. Raid configuration utility is a separate program. Which utility to use depends of type of raid adapter. If you have old HPDA (Mylex) you have to use utility called JetSet, and if you have newer adapters caled netraid you have to use netraid asisstent. These utilities can be found on netserver navigator or you can download them from hp site.
HPDA Configuration Utility (JetSet)
http://www.hp.com/cposupport/servers/software/hpdaut.exe.html
NetRaid Utilitis
http://www.hp.com/cposupport/nonjsnav/hpserverco51914.html
NetRaid Adapters also have configuration utility in adapter firmware which can be accessed by pressing ctrl-M during adapter initialization.
