Rishad,

That card was never tested or supported in this server. Are you going to be using HP hdd's? If you are then the HP NetRaid 1si or NetRaid 1M would be a good card for this server. You can find the 1si at http://www.pmount.com or on ebay. The 1M you can still find from resellers.
If you are using non-hp hdds then that 2100s card should work as it is similar to the NetRaid 1M.

Ciao,
Greg

Hello All,

I am currently investigating the
possibility of using the Adaptec line of RAID adapters and wanted to
verify the compatibility of the following product with the Netserver
e60:

Adaptec SCSI RAID 2100S - Single-channel Ultra160 SCSI RAID card with
expandable cache memory, 32-bit/33 MHz PCI, up to 128 Mbyte cache
memory.

Would anyone be able to tell me if this component will function correctly
with the HP Netserver e60?

Thanks very much,

- Rishad
