Netserver LE help

Hello,
I am new to the forum and would appreciate any assistance that anyone can provide. I am starting A+ and network + training at the beginning of the year and have been accumulating systems that will help me in my training.
Today I purchased a netserver LE D2344A. It boots up fine (has NT 4.0 WS on it)but I cant get past the log in. As long as its working, no worries.
I am trying to locate the usual things, such as a manual, installation disks, diagnostic software etc etc. There are a couple of minor pieces of hardware I'd like to find, but no worry there.
I know this is a retired system, thats why I'm on here.

Can anyone help a struggling student?
