you coud try to get the vrm module at partsurfer.hp.com

I guess the 500 MHz would work in your too, it wouldn't need any additional bios upgrade. You could try to order a navigator CDROM, it contained a bunch of upgrades not only for one particular product (for example a version could contain upgrades for all E30-E60 server models)

petr

I own a HP Netserver E55 Gold (D9337A) with PII 450mhz cpu.
I would like to add another cpu, but my local HP suppliers tells me that the cpu upgrade kit is no longer available. So I purchased another cpu from ebay which is identical to the other one I have but now I need a Voltage Regulator so it will work. Any ideas where I am able to buy it?
Does anyone know if PIII 500mhz will work with my motherboard?
I am also unable to find any BIOS upgrade.
I have searched everywhere for information about E55 but I can only find info on E50 and E60.
My local HP dealer is of no help..
