topic E45 and Windows 2000 in Netservers

Hi folks...well I have to build an old system up and I have Windows 2000 running on an old E45. Problem is the floppy cuts out after I am in the system, which in turn leaves it unuseable. Also, I have tried to flash the BIOS after reading some other posts. Basically it comes down to another BIOS or some work around if someone out there has one. Internal answers please look me up in vcce or athp.hp.com and drop me a note. Anyone else please respond here with ANY advice.

Thanks,
CJH

The Netserver E45 BIOS is not compatible with Windows 2000. The most consistent symptom is the floppy drive not working after 2000 is installed.
I have not seen any workaround for this.
