    <description>Try clearing the CMOS if the server doesn't boot from anything.  You will need to boot to the ECU afterwards, so make sure you have that available.</description>

      <description>To get into the BIOS on the older EISA based NetServers you need to boot the ECU (EISA Config Utility).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can get the latest version from &lt;A href="http://www.hp.com/cposupport/swindexes/hpnetserve4476_swen.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.hp.com/cposupport/swindexes/hpnetserve4476_swen.html&lt;/A&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;but it sounds like this may not help you if you cannot boot from the FDD.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What happens when you power the server up i.e. lights, beeps, messages etc?</description>
