What were you installing at the time of the problem? Have there been any hardware changed made?

Try these complete steps for clearing the CMOS:
. Unplug server and locate system switches on mother board
b. Move Switch # 3 (Config Valid) to the opposite position
c. Power up server. Will stop on POST with configuration error
d. Power down server, unplug, and move Switch # back to the original position
e. Power up server and boot from Navigator CD or ECU boot disk to rerun the BIOS setup.

Are you now able to boot either from diskette or CD?

Juan,
Did you replace the battery yet? That server is definately old enough to have a dead battery. Replace it, then perform the steps that Terri stated.

You can make an ECU diskette from here:

http://h20004.www2.hp.com/soar_rnotes/bsdmatrix/matrix50453en_US.html

Ciao,
Greg
