    <description>Mar,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Uninstall those netserver agents.  They are old and probably the cause of you error.  If you use top tools then reinstall the newest agents Version 5.54/3 are available.       <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;I have one PDC: Netsever LH6000r and BDC: LC2000r both with Windows NT 4.0 SP6. I have Dr. Watson message:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;evlog.exe&lt;BR /&gt;Exception: access violation (0xc0000005), Address: 0x77f93e0c&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I don??t know what is the problem&lt;BR /&gt;Any Idea?&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>

      <description>Mar,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are you running a DB on these servers or do they access a common DB?  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do you have TopTools or Toptools NetServer Agents installed?  If so what version of Agents and Do you have any errors in the HEL (Hardware event log?)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Most of the Exception: access violation (0XC5) errors are DB caused that I've found so far...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ciao,&lt;BR /&gt;Greg</description>

      <description>Hi Greg&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;No, I am not running a DB&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have Instant TopTools and TopTools Netserver Agents ver. 5.02. And I have not errors in the Hardware Event Log.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
