I assume you are asking about the 1Si and the 1M (HP has a 1M, 2M, & 4M).

NetRAID-1Si (D2140A): Ultra2 LVD (80 Mbps). 16 MB cache. i960 RAID processor (33 MHz). Discontinued by HP in 2001, typically available from other sources.

NetRAID-1M (P3410A): Ultra3 LVD (160 Mbps). 32 MB cache. i960 RAID processor (100 MHz). Current HP part.

Check the following web page for NetRAID compatibility in the Netserver models:

http://www.hp.com/cposupport/information_storage/support_doc/lpn12871.html

Can someone tell me the difference between the Netraid M and the Netraid 1si controllers? i.e, SCSI standard, throughput, fast, fast-wide, etc.
