There are two different processor boards for the Netserver LH4/LH4r. All LH4/LH4r systems support up to 550 MHz. A 700 MHz model was released, and included an upgraded processor board.
So depending on the original LH4/LH4r model, it supports a maximum of 550Mhz, or 700 MHz. Up to four processors can be installed in the LH4.

The correct part number for the LH4/LH4r processor board supporting 700 MHz is D7014-63002.

Note: D6970-63003 is the processor board for up to 550 MHz.

You can check pricing at HP Parts Direct at:

https://partsdirect.hp.com/epdo/partsordering/Shop_For_Parts.asp?nopart=y

but it will not be cost-effective to do so.
