topic Memory upgrade for Netserver LS in Netservers

I was just given an old Netserver LS, I have purchased a 2nd dual processor board and a memory expansion board and was about to order memory for it but I cant seem to find any info as to whether it requires 2 or 4K refresh. I found that it needs Fast Page no larger than 32mb and can be either 70ns or 60ns, installed in groups of 4. Can anyone enlighten me ?
Thanks

Thanks, though I have been through that manual. I dont see anything about the refresh rate for the memory, whether it makes a difference or not. I would like to assume that where it is an older server, the older 2K rate would apply but we all know what happens when we assume something.

I looked at the memory we have for this. 32MB 72-pin SIMM, Fast Page Mode, Parity. Specs of machine, max 384MB 12(3 banks of 4). But no mention of "refresh" and I have no knowledge of this term. 2k, 4k sounds more like bites not time.
Anyway they are Compatibility is guaranteed.

Sorry I do not have more

Yea,, I have been checking around,, I understand what the refresh is, the amount of bits that memory refreshes at one time supposedly. I have ordered some. Will find out when it comes in. Thanks
