LH3 shutdown/restart problem

when restarting windows 2000 on this HP Netserver LH3, the screen goes blank with a blinking cursor. It does not restart automatically unless I either press the reset button or do a hard reboot. How Can i fix this problem?

Make sure the BIOS and all firmware is up to date. Also, make sure you have all updates from MS for Win2k.

I had upgraded both the Bios and the Firmware before. I ended up rebuilding the OS and everything is working ok.

So, you have upgraded your LH3 to Windows 2000? Any trouble at all? I am thinking of upgrading my LH3 server as well. Any experience you can share with me?
