I want to know if I can install Novell Netware 5 on tc4100 server (P3545A with NetRaid 1M P3410A).

It isn't supported by HP. The earliest version would be 5.1. You can see the compatibility here:

Hi,
Ã 've been running 5,0 on a tc4100
for more than a year now. Works fine.
Installing it is a mess though. The
Navigator-CD doesn't help u a bit. Had to
make a 4.2-installation. Strange that
the server has abended the 5.0
support. Many of us still runs it. Hp
says that it is novells fault and novell
the opposite. As always...
