Hi guys,

This is just a newbie question.

How to add 2 more disk on an existing raid 1 on a NetServer running Integrated NetRaid?

My existing Raid 1 have 2 9 Gb & the additional disk is 2 9 Gb also.

You need to boot off the Navigator CD or install Netraid Assistant onto the system. Highlight the new HDD and highlight the array you want to add them to. Click on the Logical drive pull down menu, select change config then add capacity.

I did that on NetRaid Assistant but it only give me Raid 0, 3, & 5.

Did I miss something else?

Alvin,

I saw this situation addressed here a bit ago by HP. As I remember, this is a bit more complex, for you need to span the 2 halves of you Mirror.
