    <description>Donato,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As long as these drives are not in an Array of any kind, you can add any size drive you wish. The largest drive we have at this date is a 146GB, but 182GBs is around the corner. And&lt;BR /&gt;You can add as much store as the server has slots and the maximum drive size available.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The P3579A is not compatible with your LP2000r, it has a different mounting structure. You need the P2475Ao 72GB 10,000 RPM , P2475Aoi 72GB 15,000 RPM or P2475AoX 146GB 10,000 RPM. 72GB 10K was just the largest size available at the time of the LP2000.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You do not need to update any Firmware, but updating your BIOS is always a go idea, except in some cases. Check out the revisions at HP support. The onboard Adaptec may or may not be part of an update.</description>

      <description>In my HP Netserver LP2000r I have installed 2 disks 36.4GB.&lt;BR /&gt;I desire upgrade my server with 72GB.&lt;BR /&gt;It's possible install one disk 73.4GB (P3579A)? Or only two disk 36.4GB (P2474A)?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;Donato</description>
