In the last couple days I have gotten errors like this:

Is this something to worry about? Any idea why the state change for the hotspare?

I have seen the post at http://forums.itrc.hp.com/cm/QuestionAnswer/1,,0x4a1ab941255cd71190080090279cd0f9,00.html but I am loathe to take the server down.

I reviewed the article at http://www.adaptec.com/worldwide/support/supporteditorial.html?prodkey=interpreting_codes but table 2 is 404.
