I am looking to upgrade my LHII from a single p2-300 to a dual p2-350. Does the LHII support the 350?

Also, if the Netserver does support the 350, is there another VRM that I am going to need? (I know i need one for the second processor, and I am still looking for a place to buy it). The current VRM is HP part#: 0950-2848 .

Any ideas?

I recently did a similar upgrade and found these hp docs helpful:

The HP specs indicated that the LH II only support 266 and 300, so I was afraid to go beyond that:
http://h200001.www2.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/lpn11458/lpn11458.pdf

Yes, you will need a second VRM here's a link to the installtion procedure:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?objectID=lpn12897&locale=en_US&taskId=130&prodSeriesId=50452&prodTypeId=15351
