My configuration is p3 500/128mb/3*9.1 gb and my os is netware 4.2.<BR /><BR />My first hdd is sys volume and my second and third hdd's are mirrored.My server reported a hanging pbm. I restarted the server,but my volumes on second and third hdd's are not mounting. All the hdd's are detecting on netware, but if i am going to MONITOR--DISK INFORMATION-and then PARTICULAR HDD-it is showing as inactive. If I am trying to activate it,no error is reporting and it is in inactive state only. If we go to INSTALL--DISK INFORMATION AND THEN PARTICULLAR HDD, it is giving error that PATITION TABLE NOT FOUND. The same pbm for both the HDD's.<BR /><BR /> If we reboot the server and go to ADAPTEC 7895 BIOS OPTIONS and trying to varify the media , it reports the following error<BR /><BR />Target scsi id-------------4<BR />Scsi cdb sent--------------03000000070000200<BR />Host adapter stattus--No host adapter error<BR />Sence code 02h--------not ready<BR />Sence code-------------40h<BR />Sence code qualifier----80h<BR /><BR />The same error is reporting for both the HDD's.<BR /><BR />The same error is reporting even if I am trying to format the hdd.<BR /><BR />I changed the SCSI HOST ADAPTER and SCSI CABLE also. The first hdd is detecting and wkg very fine in place of old hdd's.<BR /><BR />My hdd model is DNES-309170 (68P U2W SCSI HDD)<BR /> P/N is 25L2131<BR />I changed the HDD's and now it is wkg fine.<BR /><BR />Now I am in a mess.
