As well as what Martin said, when you go in to the NetRaid with CTRL+M there is an option to turn off the alarm. It is nearly at the bottom of the first screen
cheers
Malvin
Hi!
I have a LH6000 netserver with a netraid 3si controller that is alarmed, the question is, how could i know what the problem is? I've downloaded and installed the newest bios and firmware but the problem persists. The information i have on the array is critical.
Thanks!
Run NetRAID assistant or the NetRAID Express tool (reboot system and press CTRL-M when prompted), then check physical drives. Seems one is failed.

BTW the drive led should be blinking red.
