Netserver LS Floppy problems

Hear the problem, I can not boot from the floppy Drive

Diag check ok (ran from the CD) S.02.05 (last cd for this one)
If I remove the floppy drive and cable and put in a 2nd pc works ok

Goes thru the boot up and hangs

InT 13h device not found <-- No SCSI devices on 2nd Controler
SCSI BIOS not installed

(beeps 1 time)

Hangs on reading floppy
At this point the Netserver CD would do
Starting MS-DOS

Am I missing a seting somewhere

Can you run the BIOS Setup (ECU Software) program from the Navigator CD?

Yes i can run the ECU from floppy.
IDE disabled.
Boot 1st Floppy
Boot 2nd harddrive

That ECU from CD not floppy.
problem is Cant boot a CD like NT4.0 or
WIN2000 need to run from setup disks.

My os got messed up and have to reinstall it
DARN MicroSoft Bug fix is what killed it.
not the bug that was going around.

BTW the diag run clean when run from the CD

Well after replace the mother board it is now
working fine. Dont know why it passed diags
and floppy would not boot.
