    <description>I have LC 2000 server. When I go to reboot option, within few seconds, Black screen is display and cursor is blinking. After that CRL+ALT+DEL also not working. Can't power off. After pressing reset button we can switch off the power. Machine is running in windows 2000 Advance server. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please help me.</description>

      <description>It sounds to be software related.  Have you tried reinstalling the OS?</description>
