    <description>Kevin,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What's the current Firmware version you have on the LH3?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the step between the old and new firmware is 'too big' you could try a firmware that's in between first.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Or you can CLear CMOS of the Netserver first (with the dipswitch on the system board) to clear any 'bad bits' in the CMOS.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Last option is to upgrade the BIOS of the server before you upgrade the Netraid.&lt;BR /&gt;You can imagine that the latest Netraid Firmware is not tested with a very old netserver BIOS.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope one of these suggestions helps.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Marco</description>

      <title>LH3 NETRAID Firmware upgrading problem...</title>

      <description>I have an LH3 and cannot get the integrated NETRAID controller firmware to upgrade.  THe upgrade program runs smoothly until it begins erasing the current configuration.  It hangs at 0% and goes no further.  I am installing Windows 2000 Advanced Server which requires the most current configuration of firmware.</description>
