The system already has dual PII 450MHz

If I were to replace these with PIII's would if be the same voltage regulator

Thanks

Paul

Can anyone tell me what the maximum processor support is for the Netserver LH3?

I have been told it is a PIII at 600MHz, does anyone know of anything higher that works?

Regards
Paul

Hi Paul,

Supported Solution is 2XCPU 600MHZ
D9342A
You need FAN upgrade Kit D8595A for Processors >= 550MHZ

regards

Adam

Hi,

If you do go the mulitprocessor route, you will need to add a 2nd VRM (Voltage regulator module) as well. Also, you may have to update your HAL for multiprocessor support. Finally, don't forget to change the switch settings on the system board if you upgrade your processor.

Mark

(If you need any part numbers, just ask.)

Hi,

Well, it actually looks like it uses the same VRM's.

The parts list only shows the one type of VRM, and makes reference to Pentium II's, but it is the only VRM listed on a PIII server (LH3).

You should be all set.

Mark
