    <description>Usually NetServer's BIOS does not see correctly IDE HDD more than 8.4GB. &lt;BR /&gt;-If you will add 40GB HDD as bootable, BIOS will recognize it as 8.4GB. When you will install Windows, you will see only 8.4 GB, but after installation Windows will recognize all 40GB.&lt;BR /&gt;-If you will add HDD as non-bootable, it will work fine, but BIOS will report 8.4GB. In Windows (any ver.) you will see all capacity.&lt;BR /&gt;-It may be impossible to read HDD on another machine if it will be formatted in NETSERVER (8.4GB limitation)</description>

      <title>IDE Hard Drive in Netserver?</title>

      <description>Hi.  I just ordered a pre-owned netserver e60 and have yet to recieved it.  I would like to know if I can add a 40gig IDE HD inside of it.  If I can what do I need, driver wise.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for any responses.&lt;BR /&gt;RJP</description>
