topic Installing a second procesor on a Netserver LC3? in Netservers

What is the process of installing a second CPU on a Netserver LC3? I don't recall it being covered in the manual. We have one with a damaged power supply, and I was thinking we could put its procesor in the one that still works.

Thanks for any help or comments you can give me.

hi,

basically remove the processor terminator from the good LC3. install the processor and VRM and then reboot server.
server should pick it up as a dual processor initialized system. Then go to device manager in windows and change hardware to dual cpu system

andy
