I have an LH 3000 server. My question is that this server work only with ECC memory, because I bought 4 DIMMs (512Mb - Kingmax) without ECC.

hi,

should be ECC memory only, server will report it is non hp memory aswell up boot up.

Hi

This works only with ECC memry & also like others mentioned it it would complain that the memory is not HP at startup time.
