I have a customer that has this unit and i can not find any information or support drivers for this unit.
Can someone please direct me in the right path.

hi thomas,

no such thing as a netserver rc7100 that ive heard of.

nearest i know of is probably the TC2100/3100/4100

try and find out the base product number starting with DxxxxA/T or PxxxxA/T.

post that and ill try and find out what it is.

Thomas,

customers should have never got these except for alpha/beta pre-production units, they have been pulled from manufacturing shortly after the Compaq/HP merger and it was decided to cancel the product and a few other Netserver models that were almost final and ready to be sold/shipped.

Their is NO support for these servers.
Maybe one slipped from some source ...

hi thomas,

yes i can see its a valid product now, partsurfer list some parts unenhanced.
There are a few documents regarding the rc7100's on hp's site and most say it is basically a rackmountable tc7100. But there is no support for that either.

It should have however shipped with a navigator cd like the other tcxxxx's did and that would have all the drivers for it.
The only I could see was a link to lan drivers on hp's site but that took you to the individual manufacturers download page. Apart from all the netraid drivers and alike which are available.
