I can remote into it and all services are working just fine. To this point we have checked connectins, rebooted, etc.. but have not been able to figure out why we can not control the keyboard or mouse.<BR /><BR />Any ideas? Press this button (sounds like someone else accidently pressed it earlier &amp; locked KB &amp; mouse)<BR /><BR />The round button is labelled with an illustration of a lock.
