The issue is when running Server 2000, the second CPU doesn't show up in Task Manager. In order for the second processor to be recognized, it needs to say "ACPI Multiprocessor HAL". Chances are it says something like "ACPI Uniprocessor HAL" or something to that effect. <BR />You can update this component from it's properties. <BR /><BR />Best of luck,<BR /><BR />Sean T.
