Hi Larry,

Thank you for the kind words. I too wish I could get more than 10 points. Unfortunately, you didn't give me any. Thanks anyway, though.

Sean T. Craig Sr. C.E.T., M.C.P.
Help! We had a power outage over the weekend and our HP NetServer LPR and HP Rack Storage 12 SCSI unit did not power down gracefully. Walked in this morning and all 7 SSCI drives installed in RS 12 unit are bleaking Red! Sever will not boot up into OS. Boot screen shows following error: "Configuration of NVRAM and drives mismatch".

Sever OS: Sever 2003
Net Raid adapter bios: v. B.02.04
Net Raid-3Si adapter firmware: v. C.02.08

Thank you in advance for any help provided on this issue!

Larry.
Hi Larry,

Go into NetRAID Express Tools by pressing <CTRL>M and select Configure-->View/Add/Delete Configuration--> and you should see NVRAM and Disk. Select Disk and wait until it's done loading up. If all the drives are online, press <ESC> and choose "Yes" to save. Escape out of the utility and press <CTRL><ALT><DEL> to restart.

If the disks are not all online under the Disks menu, choose "No" to save and choose NVRAM. If there are still failed disks, post your config here and we'll help you straighten it out.

Good luck,

Sean T. Craig Sr. C.E.T., M.C.P.

</DEL></ALT></CTRL></ESC></CTRL>
