topic LH6000R Multipath problem in Netservers

I have this server with 2 FCA2214 connected to a Brocade 4/8 SAN Switch. I have a MSA1500cs connected to the SAN. The Operating System of the Netserver is Windows 2000 SP4 with Secure Path 4.0c SP1, last drivers, last firmwares, etc.

In this server the secure path is not working propertly. When I unplug one fibre channel cable, the volume that I have presented to this host, disappears from disk management. But only with one of the two cables, if I unplug the other cable no problem. It seems like the volume was been seeing by one path but I don't underenstand why. The LUN is presented to both HBAs. I have changed the cable, I have tried with HBAs individually and in this test the LUN was seen by 2 paths (I have changed the cables over two cards individually), I have changed cards to different Slots too, with the same results. I have installed MPIO software (last version) and nothing different.

I have 3 Proliant Servers with this configuration and with Windows 2003, I have unplugged cables and multipath works fine.

The Support Service from HP says to me that this configuration is not documented by HP. 2 FCA2214 with a Netserver LH6000R, Windows 2000 SP4, etc.

Anybody can help me?

Thanks.
