topic TC2120 Tower in Netservers

Quick question guys. We have a TC2120 Server. I went to reboot the thing this morning, and now, it boots up, but nothing comes through the monitor. The monitor just blinks green... I am puzzled. I shut the server down, and let it sit a few minutes unplugged, tryed again, and same result. There is really now way for me to diagnose this. Anyone have any insight? Thanks in advance.
