Linux in ML370 G1 does not work

I have a Server ML370 und I am trying to install Linux, but the boot load can not see where Linux boot sector is.
I have Smart Array 5300 with RAid 1+0 (2 logical drive).
What can I do?

This is the list of operating systems of which is supported on this model of server.

The SA5300 is a controller of which uses 'cciss'.

You've not mention which distribution you are trying to install, nor which driver you're using.
