topic Smart Array in ProLiant Servers (ML,DL,SL)

I have a re-occurring problem with a DL380 G3 and a smart array 6400 where the drives drop out of the array with downshift and then time out errors in the event log. I have replaced the drives and migrated from the integrated 5i to 6400 controller but still have the problems. I am thinking about replacing the back plane but wanted to get some suggestions before I do that. I have included the array diagnostic report to this post. Thank you in advance for any suggestions you might have.

A new backplane seemed to resolve the problem. Thank you for your response and suggestion.
