Hopefully someone can help me with this.

I am trying to install a PCI card using the Hot Plug option.

I turned the power off by pressing the PCI Hot Plug button. I then inserted the PCI card. When I pressed the PCI Hot Plug button again nothing happened. The power was not restored to the slot and now none of the LED lights are on.

Thanks

Tom.

Thanks for the reply PJ.

The thing is, it was working. We bought a second card for another server (both 2003) when it didn't work. I took the working one out of the first server and tried it on the second. When it didn't work there I returned it to the first server and now the server doesn't recognize it. to boot the green LED lights will not turn back on.

Tom.
