Extend an array

hi all,

We have a proliant ml350 g5 server using a p400 array controller. We want to be able to expand our array, however following the instruction in the reference guide, the expand array option dosnt seem to appear on the menu (Array options menu)

Any ideas?

Hi,

Thankyou for your quick response. How would i know if bbwc is installed, and if it isnt, is it possible to install the upgrade without breaking the array?

Ok i dont have it instaled, is it possible to install the battery without breaking the array?

yes just poweroff the system and them you could install it.
