Mon, 07 Jun 2010 13:09:33 GMT Fulvio Francini 2010-06-07T13:09:33Z https://community.hpe.com/t5/proliant-servers-ml-dl-sl/vca-missing-smartarray-firmware/m-p/4641334#M103001 Probably I'm missing somethings...<BR />On various server (DL380 G5 and G6) we are not able to see SmartArray firmware update in VCA page. <BR />On the same server all worked fine since some weeks ago, I guess the problem has started after some updates (but I don't know which one)<BR />Now we can see all other updates (drivers, server's ROM flash, iLO firmware) but the Smart Array.<BR />All server are Windows 2003 or 2008 R2.<BR />(The last I'm working on is a DL380G6, Server 2008 R2, fully updated, VCRM + VCA)<BR />Any idea will be appreciated.<BR />Thanks!
