we have a Windows 2003 SP2 server (570-G2), when we start the HP Insight agents service, the cpu goes to 100%. I have attached a screenshot of the HP software versions from this server. Also I have stopped all mcafee services with the same results. Any ideas?

The G2 series stopped getting new PSP's at 8.25, but we have updated some core agents to 8.30, and when the issue started, we updated the agents to 8.40, so not sure updating it to 8.50 would fix the issue. however to add to this: The service is "HP INSIGHT STORAGE AGENTS" the actual process that is consuming the cpu is "CQMSTOR.EXE" , I did run perfmon and found threads 3,4,6 & 7 running at high cpu. I ran the debugger, however I cant seem to understand it (assembly language). I did call HP support, but after 2hrs of being transfered around, I kinda gave up. maybe I'll try again, unless someone knows here :)
