Thu, 29 Jul 2010 12:55:17 GMT JohnKel 2010-07-29T12:55:17Z https://community.hpe.com/t5/proliant-servers-ml-dl-sl/dl360g6-pci-x-riser-card-u320-scsi-lsi-logic-not-working/m-p/4667284#M104638 Hello,<BR /><BR />I have a DL 360 G6 server with E5540 proc and 6GB RAM and p410 smartarray.<BR />Standard there is a pci and a pci-e risercard in place.<BR /><BR />I received a pci-x riser kit (P/N 518824-B21) and placed it in the server (removed the standard pci-kit according to instructions). <BR /><BR />Purpose of the pci-x riser kit is to use a pci-x u320 dual channel scsi card of lsi logic (part A7173A) to connect the storageworks LTO-4 1840 tapedrive.<BR /><BR />Well, all is in place but... the system does not see the scsi card nor tapedrive. Like the LSI Logic U320 card is not in the system...
